The National Lottery Kickball league continued at the weekend with defending Champions Vision Sisters narrowly escaping defeat.
Vision Sisters saw their 1-0 home-run lead canceled out by Success Sisters in the last innings of their Saturday fixture.
That game ended 1-1, but Vision Sisters got the assistant umpire to thank for not falling to Success Sisters who should have won the match in the finishing moments.
That result means, Vision Sisters are at the top of the table on one point ahead of Royal Sisters who have a game in hand.
In other fixtures over the weekend played at the SKD, Shooting Stars defeated Amazon 2-1 home runs.
Destiny of Montserrado County were held by relegation-threatened Mighty Supreme 1-1 home runs, while Destiny of Margibi went down 3-1 home runs to Barnerville Super Stars.
There will be more action in the LKF season this week.
