Pleebo Health Center, Partners in Health, concludes alcohol intoxication awareness

HARPER, MARYLAND – The Pleebo Health Center, in partnership with Partners in Health, has ended alcohol intoxication awareness in Maryland County, with a call to avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

The awareness was held under the theme, Excessive Drinking of Alcohol Damages the Heart.

The Community Health Officer of Partners for health, Anthony Blay, said the campaign is intended to inform people on the dangers of excessive intake of alcohol.

Meanwhile, the Partner for Health Community Health Officer disclosed that drinking multiple mixtures of alcohol at the same time also damages the liver.
