World Bank Group to Launch New Liberia Country Partnership Framework in Liberia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The World Bank Group (WBG) is expected to launch its New Liberia Country Partnership Framework (CPF) on Wednesday, December 3.

The Framework will cover Fiscal Years 2025 to 2030.

It is aimed at supporting the country’s national vision and serving as a bold roadmap for peace, stability, and inclusive growth.

When launched, the Country Partnership Framework is poised to support the ambitious new national development plan, targeting job creation, with a focus on education, energy access, and accountable and transparent governance.

According to a World Bank release, the CPF seeks to strengthen the growing collaboration between Liberia and the World Bank Group to address the country’s development challenges.

The Framework will also focus on supporting Private Sector development through key corporate initiatives-particularly Mission 300 and the WBG’s agribusiness scale-up-to catalyze partnerships and crowd in financing.
