MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah is expected to join other world leaders today, Friday, in a meeting at Buckingham Palace in London with King Charles, III.

Deputy Presidential Press Secretary, Smith Toby, said:” Friday’s meeting is being organized by King Charles III to meet world leaders ahead of the main event”.

Mr. Smith told ELBC Bumper Show on Thursday, May 4, 2023, that the President will also meet King Charles III and other officials of the British Government and his African Counterparts, as a build-up to the Coronation.

The Presidential Press Secretary has again dispelled reports that the President was not invited to form part of the event.
