Pres. Weah Vows to Accept Outcome of October Elections

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberian President George Weah has vowed to accept the outcome of the pending October Presidential and Legislative Elections.

President Weah said:” Elections should be about the contestation of ideas and not a threat to national security.”

The Liberian Leader also underscored the importance of protecting the peace, especially during the ongoing electioneering period.

The President was speaking on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the empowerment and partial dedication of the Victory outreach Church International in Congo Town.

He said Liberia has made significant progress for which there is no need to revert to the dark days.

Meanwhile, President Weah has lauded the entire administration of the Victory Outreach Church International for its contribution to national peace and development.
