MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah departed Liberia today for New York, the United States of America.

The Liberian leader and entourage left Liberia via the Roberts International Airport (RIA) Friday afternoon, September 16, 2022, to attend the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

 Information Minister Ledgerhood Rennie told ELBC Friday that while in the US, President Weah will hold bilateral meetings with several world leaders and multilateral partners on the margins of the UNGA.
