MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The National Port Authority (NPA) Management Director, Bill Twehway, has rallied the Mano River Union Youth Parliament to be conduit of change and unity in the region.

Mr. Twehway said:” such unity could transcend to a more united Africa.”

He spoke recently at the induction of new officials of the MRU Youth Parliament in Monrovia.

The NPA Managing Director reminded the Youth Parliament that the purpose of the MRU is to unite Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea.

He called on inducted officials to be agents of transformation and demonstrate integrity at all times.

Mr. Bill Twehway then urged the MRU Youth Parliament leaders not betray the confidence reposed in them by their colleagues.
