MONROVIA, LIBERIA – The Liberian Business Association (LIBA) has begun taking steps to address the poor customer service situation in the country.

A customer service survey conducted by a local firm showed that poor customer service is undermining the growth of local businesses in the country.

Meanwhile, LIBA Thursday, April 30, 2021, kicked off customer service training for workers from the hospitality, industrial, and other vendors in Paynesville.

According to officials of LIBA, the training will be conducted twice a month and is expected to run for a year.
