GBARPOLU COUNTY, LIBERIA-A free surgical outreach initiative has been launched in Gbarpolu County by a team of medical professionals.

The initiative, headed by Dr. Peter Coleman, is aimed at providing beneficiaries with an opportunity to access critical surgical services and ease the financial burden associated with medical treatment.

The government of Liberia, through the Liberia Telecommunication Authority, is funding the outreach.

The team is expected to undertake both major and minor surgeries in that part of the country.
