Citizens of Norma-da-to-no Town appeals to Gov. to complete only clinic

GBARPOLU COUNTY, LIBERIA-Citizens of Norma-da-to-no Town, in Gbarpolu County, are appealing to the Liberian Government and other stakeholders from the county to complete the construction of the first clinic in the town.

The construction began five years ago with funding from the County Development Fund, but has stalled due to lack of funds.

According to ELBC Gbarpolu County Correspondent, the erected potion of the project is in a very deplorable condition and needs serious attention before further expansion.

Our Correspondent quotes some of the citizens as saying they often travel across the border into Sierra Leone to get medical services.

The citizens want regular stakeholders to contribute toward the construction of the clinic, so that they will have access to healthcare services in their area.
