MONROVIA, LIBERIA – The Liberian Government has pledged its commitment to the enhancement of bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and Liberia.

Government assured the strengthening of the bond of friendship between both countries for the mutual benefits of their respective governments and peoples.

According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs release, Government’s recommitment was contained in the congratulatory message by President George Weah to his Qatari counterpart, H. E. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamed Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar in observance of its National Day.

The release also quotes President Weah as extending heartfelt felicitations to the Government and people of the State of Qatar on behalf of the Government and people of Liberia.

The Liberian leader also prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to endow His Highness, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani with abundant wisdom, strength and good health as he leads his people to higher heights and prosperity.
