Senate Committee recommends confirmation of Dee Maxwell Kemayah to plenary

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – The Senate committee on Foreign Affairs has recommended the confirmation of Foreign Minister Designate, Dee Maxwell Kemayah to Plenary.

The recommendation was contained in a report submitted to plenary Tuesday, September 29,2020. The report said, the committee recommended the confirmation based on administrative probe.

According to the committee it has limitation in adjudicating judicial matters, as such it is requesting any of the parties involved with the sexual allegations to seek legal redress.

Following the reading of the report, it was endorsed confirmation is expected to take place in Executive Session.
