Liberian Journalists Ends 2026 Media Communication Seminar in Zhejiang, China

CHINA-Liberian journalists participating in this year’s Seminar on Media Communication have completed the first phase of their training in China.

In October 2026, the journalists also visited several creative and industrial centers in Zhejiang Province, where they learned how local communities are using natural resources to promote economic development.

At Yucun Village, the journalists also observed how bamboo is processed into various products, including environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic.

The visits highlighted how the sustainable use of natural resources can create jobs, generate income, and improve livelihoods in local communities.

The seminar is organized by the Research and Training Institute of China’s National Radio and Television Administration and sponsored by China’s Ministry of Commerce.
