MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Head of WAEC-Liberia Office, Dale Gbotoe, has assured the public that the 2026 WASSCE results will be released on or before August 14, 2026.

Speaking at the Ministry of Information’s regular press briefing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, Gbotoe said,” About 90 percent of the post-processing work has been completed, and all examination scripts have already been marked”.

He disclosed that the relevant national authorities will first have access to the results before they are officially released to the public, in keeping with WAEC procedures.

Gbotoe praised examiners, checkers, supervisors, and other education workers for completing the marking process.

The WAEC boss reaffirmed WAEC’s commitment to maintaining credibility and transparency throughout the examination and result-release processes.
