MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai has nominated Edwin K. Jallah as Deputy Director General for Human Resource Management and Policy Administration at the Civil Service Agency.

The nomination reflects Mr. Jallah’s longstanding dedication to public service and his exceptional contributions to the CSA for nearly twenty years of service.

During his tenure, he served in various professional and leadership capacities, earning the respect of colleagues and stakeholders.

Mr. Jallah is expected to appear before the Liberian Senate Committee on Autonomous Commissions and Agencies for a confirmation hearing today.

If confirmed, Mr. Jallah will assume the position previously held by Mr. Darlington Smith, who resigned from the role a few months ago after years of distinguished service to the Agency.
Meanwhile, the Agency expressed confidence in Jallah’s ability to further strengthen human resource management reforms, support merit-based public sector administration, among others.
