GRANDCESS, GRAND KRU COUNTY, LIBERIA-A fifty-year-old man identified as Christopher Jackson Bropleh has sustained a broken leg and multiple body injuries, after his house collapsed on him during a heavy downpour in Grand Kru County.

The unfortunate incident happened in the Fankpor Community, Grandcess, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, after residents and eyewitnesses initially thought that the damaged house was unoccupied.

However, moments after the house collapsed, eyewitnesses heard Christopher Bropleh calling for help from beneath the debris, prompting an immediate rescue effort.

ELBC Correspondent said,” Bropleh was found trapped near the doorway in the middle section of the collapsed house with one of his legs severely injured and multiple body wounds”.
