Labor and Commerce Ministries Embark on Joint Business Inspection Tour in Margibi County

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Ministries of Labour and Commerce on Wednesday embarked on a joint inspection tour at various businesses in Margibi County.

The tour is to ensure that foreign workers have permits and that Liberians are given jobs and paid in line with the country’s laws.

Speaking at the launch of the exercise, Labor Minister, Cllr. Cooper Kruah said,” The nationwide tour is to ensure that all businesses comply with the law”.

The Labor Minister, Magdalene Dagoseh, pledged her Ministry’s commitment to ensuring that the inspection is fully carried out in line with President Joseph Boakai’s mandate.
