MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Three Ambassadors-designate have presented their Letters of Credence to President Joseph Boakai at the Executive Mansion in Monrovia.
They include the Ambassadors-designate of Finland, Angola, and Canada.
During the presentation on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, President Boakai expressed the commitment of the Government of Liberia to strengthening bilateral relations with the three nations in several areas of mutual interest.
The President particularly hailed the contributions of Finland in improving Liberia’s Maritime Sector and building the capacity of citizens in different fields of discipline.
He re-echoed his administration’s position on deepening diplomatic and economic cooperation with Angola, with a key focus on exchanging technical expertise and promoting the blue economy.
The Liberian Leader also recalled the bilateral ties that have existed between Liberia and Canada, particularly in the areas of public health and human capital development.
