MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Managing Director of the National Port Authority (NPA), Sekou Dukuly, has advanced discussions with the Port of Antwerp International to modernise Liberia’s ports.

Dukuly also engaged senior officials from the Port of Antwerp International to explore the transformation of Liberia’s port architecture.
