Liberia to Host 8th African Maritime Adm. Conference

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia’s Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has outlined several benefits for Liberia in hosting the 8th African Maritime Administration Conference.

The Conference, which is expected to begin on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in Monrovia, will bring together global maritime experts, ministers, and administrators, among others, from over forty African member states.

Speaking on ELBC’s “Super Morning Show” on Monday, September 29, 2025, Representative Robert Kpadeh said,” The conference will project the country’s image in a very meaningful way, implying that Liberia is now a destination of hope, peace, and good governance.
