Chinese Amb. to Liberia Says New Strategic Partnership between Liberia, China Progressing…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, Yin Chengwu, says the new strategic partnership between Liberia and China is progressing well for the benefit of the two Countries.

 Ambassador Chengwu pledged China’s unwavering commitment to keep nurturing such a partnership with Liberia and Chinese member states.

According to a release, the Chinese envoy made the statement over the weekend in Monrovia at activities marking the 76th anniversary of China.

The event was attended by dozens of local and international guests, including President Joseph Boakai, Chief Justice Yarmie Gbeisay, Foreign Minister Sara Beysolow-Nyanti, and members of the diplomatic corps, among others.

Meanwhile, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia Yin Chengwu has outlined the sacrifices made by the Chinese people during the war of resistance against Japanese aggression.
