Pres. Boakai Inspects Specialized Professional Training Officers at Spriggs Payne Airfield…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai has inspected a team of professional police officers undergoing specialized training at the James Spriggs Payne Airfield in Sinkor, Monrovia.

An Executive Mansion release said the officers, following the training, will form part of the official Presidential Motorbike Escort Unit.

President Boakai, during the inspection, recently lauded the officers and instructors for their commitment and discipline towards the safety of the state and people.

The release further said that the Leader also emphasized the importance of safety, accuracy, and professionalism in the execution of their duties, particularly given the high-security demands associated with protecting the Head of State and other dignitaries.

According to the release, the exercise is part of a broader effort to enhance the professionalism, mobility, and efficiency of the Liberia National Police 9LNP), particularly those entrusted with the specialized responsibility of escorting and securing the Presidential Motorcade.
