Margibi County University Launches Vacation Bridge and Kids’ University Programs

LOWER MARGIBI COUNTY, LIBERIA-For the first time, the Administration of Margibi University has launched vacation bridge and kids’ university programs in Harbel, Lower Margibi County.

Speaking at the launch on Monday, July 7, 2025, the President of the university, Joseph Issac, said, “The objective of the learning programs for kids and twelve graders is to broaden their knowledge about university life and learn several life skills, while still in high school.”

According to him, the programs will run for three weeks, mainly focusing on building self-esteem, developing an appetite for tertiary education, and how to aim higher in the professional domain.

Beneficiaries are mainly drawn from private and public elementary, and high schools in Lower Margibi County.

Meanwhile, parents who have taken advantage of the programs have lauded Dr. Joseph Isaac and faculty members for creating such a valuable opportunity for their children during this vacation period.
