MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Director General of the Civil Service Agency (CSA) says the Government of Liberia’s Payroll is loaded with ghost and unqualified individuals.

Mr. Josiah Joekai also said:” The payroll is overloaded with individuals who did not complete their personnel action notices in keeping with the CSA Act and the Civil Service Standing Order of 2012, among others.

He noted that the situation is undermining effectiveness in the Civil Service.

Mr. Joekai also noted that the CSA is on course with its ongoing reform efforts to address critical national issues.

The CSA Boss made the statement on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the MICAT Regular Press Briefing in Monrovia.
