In a statement released on Thursday, March 7, 2024, the INCHR urged the National Legislature to consider an open discussion on a War and Economic Crimes Court Draft Act submitted before the House of Representatives in 2022.

The INCHR also wants the Office of the President to initiate discussion with the United Nations, the United States Government, and partners to support the process through technical and financial resources.
