In his letter dated February 8, 2024, Mr. Nimely Nimely also instructed Cllr. Sasay is to turn over all assets of the Government of Liberia to the Office of Human Resources until his re-appointment to the position of Acting County Attorney.

The communication followed reported complaints received from lawyers that Cllr. Sasay continues to make representations in court on behalf of the Liberian Government.

Mr. Nimely then reminded Cllr. Sasay that his position was deemed vacant since his inauguration.
