Liberia’s Chief Justice Vows to Push for Sustained Reforms…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Chief Justice of Liberia, Sie-A-Nyeneh, has vowed to push for sustained reforms in line with priority areas of the Judiciary.

Justice Yuoh named improved administration of justice infrastructure development and judiciary integrity, among others, as top priorities.

According to ELBC Judicial Reporter, the Chief Justice made the remarks on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at the official launch of the 2024-2025 Strategic Plan for the Judiciary.

Justice Yuoh said:” The plan is a roadmap for development aimed at informing Government, national stakeholders, and development partners, to support its implementation.”

The Chief Justice also noted that the Strategic Plan is also the embodiment of overwhelming challenges confronting the Judiciary over decades.
