Liberia Broadcasting System Workers Union Seeks Help for Ailing French Newscaster

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) President, Joseph Sayon, is calling on the Liberian Government and goodwill Liberians to come to the aid of LBS French Newscaster, Steve Sidibe.

Mr. Sidibi is currently battling diabetes, chronic typhoid, and other health complications.

The LBS Workers Union President said:” Mr. Sidibi needs serious financial assistance as his health condition continues to worsen daily.”

Mr. Sayon told ELBC Radio on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, that the Union intends to raise at least USD 1,500.00 to underwrite the medical cost for the LBS French Newscaster.
