Liberia Broadcasting System Dedicates Language Radio Station today

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Management of State-run Liberia Broadcasting System is today, January 8, dedicating the first ever Liberia National Language Radio Station in the coming hours.

The new Language Radio Station is on test broadcast ahead of its official dedication on the compound of the Liberia Broadcasting System.

According to the protocol, scores of distinguished government officials, including the Information Minister and Chair of LBS Board, Ledgerhood Rennie, former LBS Deputy Directors-General, Workers Union officials, and Head of National Traditional Council, among others, will grace the dedicatory ceremony.

The dedication brings to two, the number of radio stations established under the Estelle Liberty-Kemoh-led LBS Management Team.

The first Music Radio Station, Metro FM, was established in 2022.
