Management of RLJ Kendeja Hotel Denies Bad Labor Practices…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA -The Management of RLJ Kendeja Hotel has refuted a New Dawn Newspaper publication in which it states bad labor practices and ill-treatment allegedly being carried out by the Hotel.

On December 8, 2023, the New Dawn Newspaper published an article with the caption::RLJ Kendeja Hotel Accused of Malpractices, Ill-treatment.”

However, the Human Resource Manager, Boniface Kieh, said:” Such publication is erroneous and only intended to tarnish the reputation of the Management of the Hotel.”

Mr. Kiel also refuted the allegation in the publication that people were arbitrarily dismissed and that workers were being paid below the minimum wage bill.

RLJ Kendeja Hotel has since reassured the public of serving with distinction and protecting the rights and welfare of its employees.
