Pres. Weah to Convene First Inaugural Meeting of Joint Presidential Transition Team…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah is expected to convene the first inaugural meeting of the Joint Presidential Transition Team later today.

According to an Executive Mansion release, the Joint Presidential Transition Team was established recently by Executive Order Number 123, issued by President Weah.

The gathering is expected to be co-chaired by President-elect, Joseph Boakai, on the grounds of the Executive Mansion.

The release also quotes President Weah as urging members of the Joint Presidential Transition Team to be in attendance to fast-track the transition process.
