Police Charges Three with Aggravated Assault…

MARGIBI COUNTY, LIBERIA- Police in Margibi County have charged three persons with aggravated assault for allegedly burning the hands of an eleven-year-old girl, Massa Varney.

 According to our Correspondent, Bendu Johnson, Doris Toe, and Edward Kollie, had earlier accused the victim of stealing a fried fish head belonging to one of the suspects being investigated.

Our Correspondent quotes the victim’s Aunty, Bendu Johnson, as saying, she sent the victim into the house to get something, but she reportedly entered Doris’ room and stole the fish.

Meanwhile, the eleven-year-old victim is undergoing treatment at the CH Rennie Hospital in Kakata.
