Criminal Court ‘A’ Grants Bail to Indicted American Missionary…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Criminal Court ‘A’ has granted bail to indicted American Missionary Lucas Richards who allegedly attempted to kill Jessica Lloyd in Dixville last month.

ELBC Judicial Reporter said:” The Court’s decision was based on a JFK Doctor’s testimony that victim Jessica Lloyd has been discharged after clinical improvement.”

Dr. Charlie Kimpesa told the court that Jessical had a mild injury on her neck but there was no damage to the three important organs, following a CT scan.

He told the court that the victim did not have any life-threatening condition and that all her vital signs were normal.

Judge Roosevelt Willie has since ordered defendant Lucas Richards to surrender his passport and all traveling documents to the court, and that Ne Exit Republica will be issued to the Liberia Immigration Service to prevent him from leaving the country.
