Residents of Upper Pleemu and Meim Clans Plead for Road Rehabilitation

TODEE DISTRICT, MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-Residents of Upper Pleemu and Meim Clans in Todee District are decrying the deplorable road condition leading to the two clans.

They said if the situation is not addressed, it might deny many residents participation in the electoral process.

According to them, the road is the only one leading to the two voting precincts in Kaingai and Yeagbah Town.

The Senior Leader of Yeagbah Town, Foufee Kamara, said:” If nothing is urgently done to rehabilitate the road, the majority of the citizens may not vote.”

Mr. Foufee Kamara added that due to the deplorable condition of the road, nurses who earlier went home are finding it difficult to return to work.
