Nat’l Road Fund Launches Mentoring, Internship Program…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The National Road Fund of Liberia (NRF) has launched mentoring and internship programs for students in the country.

NRF Executive Director, Joseta Wento, told a news conference on Monday, July 31, 2023, that the initiative is intended to help students explore their skills and contribute to the development of the country.

According to Madam Wento, the initiative will last for three months targeting students from across the fifteen counties.

She said: “The entity is working along with the Liberia Architecture Association, the University of Liberia, and the Engineering Society of Liberia to fully implement the project.”

Meanwhile, Madam Joseta Wento said talks are ongoing with relevant stakeholders and companies to help incorporate outstanding interns at the end of the program.
