TODEE DISTRICT, MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-A twenty-year-old man has been discovered dead in Manquah Clan, Todee District, Montserrado County.
James Chaplay was found dead by two teenagers in a stream near Tubmanville Township.
He was a student of the Lango Lipaye High School in Kakata.
ELBC Correspondent said the man, who was also a motorcyclist, was reportedly hired by an unknown person, prior to his death.
