Internal Audit Agency to Begin round-table engagements…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Internal Audit Agency (IAA) is expected to shortly commence round-table engagements with heads of Government ministries and agencies on financial control measures.

According to IAA Director General, David Kemah, the discussion will focus on administrative measures at Government entities, among others.

Mr. Kemah told MICAT regular Press Briefing on Thursday, July 6, 2023, that the move is crucial because it will help promote efficiency and effectiveness at Government institutions.

He said:” At the end of the discussion, heads of Government ministries and agencies will be awarded what he called the inaugural scorecard, based on progress made in meeting the entity’s policies.

Meanwhile, the Internal Audit Agency Director General, David Kemah, said the institution has developed an Internal Audit Software, to enhance the entity’s smooth operations at Government’s ministries and agencies.
