“We are now on par to begin the rehabilitation of…”-Minister Wilson

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Minister of Youth and Sports, Zeogar Wilson, says the Ministry is now on par to begin the rehabilitation of several at-risk youths across Liberia.

Minister Wilson said:” The process is expected to begin on Monday, July 3, 2023, following consultation with the Ministries of Finance and Health.”

He noted that the Liberian Government, through the Finance Ministry, has allotted one million United States Dollars to kick off the process and other funding partners.

The Youth and Sports Minister disclosed that the program is the implementation of the Government’s recently launched Multi-Million Dollar Program.

Minister Zeogar Wilson said:” Already, there are over fifty at-risk youths who are expected to undergo medical examinations before being transitioned to their service provider.”
