MARYLAND COUNTY, LIBERIA-The Acting Superintendent of the Harper Central Prison in Maryland County says despite the re-opening of the prison compound, it lacks essential materials to accommodate inmates.

Mr. Taleah Harmon named the lack of water, bedding, food, and cooking utensils, among others.

Mr. Harmon said:” Due to the absence of these materials, the Harper Central Prison will be unable to host any inmate”.
