“Boakai-Koung Ticket is indirect support to Pres. Weah’s Re-election”-Sup. Baikpeh

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Superintendent of Grand Bassa County has described the ‘Boakai-Koung Ticket’ as indirect support to the re-election of President George Weah.

Superintendent Janjay Baikpeh said:” The decision by former Vice President, Joseph Boakai, to carry Senator Jeremiah Koung as his vice running mate, is an endorsement of President Weah”.

Mr. Baikpeh noted that Senator Koung has championed policies of the Liberian Government for the last five years in the National Legislature, describing him as a support space of government.

The Grand Bassa County Superintendent and Stalwart of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) further noted that the party is not moved by the “Boakai-Koung Ticket”.

Mr. Janjay Baikpeh said President Weah remains focused on enhancing and advancing the lives of Liberians, through his efficient development initiatives.
