Nat’l Patriotic Party Condemns Sen. Biney’s Statement against the Weah-led Gov.

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The National Patriotic Party (NPP) has condemned the recent statement by Senator James Biney that the Weah-led Government has done nothing in the South East.

Recently, Senator Biney alleged that roads and electricity in the South East and other parts of the country were not initiated by the CDC Government.

In a release issued on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, the Secretary General of the NPP, Andrew Peters, described Senator Biney’s statement as a total misrepresentation of the fact, and is aimed at undermining Government’s strides.

Mr. Peter, at the same time, lauded Executives of the NPP, for the removal of Senator James Biney as Chairman of the Party.

Meanwhile, the National Patriotic Party General Secretary has reaffirmed the Party’s support to the Coalition for Democratic Change, and the Weah-Taylor ticket in the ensuing October 10 Elections.
