Medical Drugs scarcity Hits Todee District, as Authorities Work to Solve Problem

MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-Todee District Health Officer in Montserrado County has confirmed the shortage of medical drugs in the District.

Mr. Steven Lamah said:” Modalities   are being worked out with the Health Ministry to resolve the situation.”

According to ELBC Correspondent, seven public clinics in the Districts, including Yeagbah, Pleemu, Zannah, Nyhen, Mount Coffee, Koon and Gobah Towns Clinics, have been affected by the reported drug shortage.

Our Correspondent said:” The situation has been so since the beginning of the year, as patients have to be given prescriptions to buy drugs in Kakata.”
