Criminal Court “C” Admits Prosecuting Lawyers’ Key Evidence…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Criminal Court “C” has admitted Prosecuting Lawyers’ key evidence in the Hundred-Million Cocaine Case, in connection with defendant Malam Conto’s statement to the police.

The Defense Team on Monday, April 10, 2023, argued and questioned the credibility of the document containing statements taken from its client during police inquiry, without lawyers.

Cllr. Right maintained that the admittance of evidence in the ongoing Cocaine Case for prosecution is vital for future reference.

Prosecuting Lawyers have rested with the production of evidence, after seven of the twelve witnesses took the stand.

Meanwhile, Defense Lawyers are expected to take the witness stand on behalf of its client, ahead of the resumption of the case at Criminal Court “C” this Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
