MONROVIA, LIBERIA-United States Ambassador Michael McCarthy says a key focus of the United States Government is to support Liberia make progress at various front.
Ambassador McCarthy said:” The US Government’s support is also geared towards strengthening various ministries and agencies of Government, including the security and justice sectors.”
He said besides, the US Government is providing support to Liberia’s education sector to build the potential of young Liberians.
Speaking Wednesday, May 4, 2022, in Monrovia, at the 12th Edition of the Carl Gershman Democracy Lecture Forum, the US Envoy said his Government is helping the Liberian Government drive an inclusive economic growth.
Also speaking was NAYMOTE’s Executive Director, Eddie Jarwolo, who said the aim of the forum is to ensure that Liberians grow and adhere to the various democratic tenets.
