Nat’l Elections Commission dismisses motion for summary proceeding……

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The National Elections Commission (NEC) has dismissed the motion for summary proceeding prayed for by petitioners Senator Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence and others in the inter-Liberty Party conflict involving Mr. Musa Bility.

However, Lawyers representing Senator Karga-Lawrence accepted the ruling, and announced an appeal to the Supreme Court of Liberia.

On Wednesday, March 2,2022, NEC Board of Commission ordered the Hearing Officers to resume jurisdiction in the Liberty Party’ s interparty conflict between Mr. Bility and Senator Karga-Lawrence.
