Gov.’s development drive has not been derailed-Pres. Weah

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah says government development drive has not been derailed, despite the recent outbreak of COVID – 19 in Liberia. 

President Weah said:” Government was able to put in place prudent fiscal and monitory policies that have stabilized the economy, and kept inflation at single digit.”

President Weah’s statement was contained in a special message delivered Monday, July 26, 2021, in observance of Liberia’s 174th Independence Anniversary.

At the same time, the Liberia Chief Executive said government will continue its infrastructure development and other basic programs aimed at improving the lives of the people.
