Asso. Justice Nagbe orders Liberia Marketing Asso. President to step down

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Associate Justice Joseph Nagbe has ordered the Liberia Marketing Association (LMA) President to relinquish the leadership.

The decision followed Monday, May 24, 2021, legal conference at the Temple of Justice with parties to the LMA Leadership saga.

Earlier, Madam Alice Yeebahn’s lawyer, Cllr. Arthur Johnson, filed an application for a Writ of Prohibition seeking to prevent the removal of his client from office by the Justice and Internal Affairs Ministers.

Justice Nagbe has since requested both parties to submit the names of two persons to serve on an interim leadership until election is conducted in one month.

Associate Justice Nagbe further said that the current LMA Board Members and others will remain unchanged.
