MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The House of Representatives has unanimously voted to meet with authorities of the National Elections Commission (NEC), in an Executive session next week Tuesday.

According to our reporter, plenary reached the decision Tuesday following a communication from the National Elections Commission.

The NEC is requesting a meeting with the Legislature to provide information on the conduct of three Representative by-elections in Bong, Grand Gedeh and Bomi Counties.

The by- elections in the three counties followed the election of three Representatives to the Liberian Senate during the December 2020 Mid- Term Special Senatorial elections.
