Pres. Weah encourages Liberians to support Culture Heritage

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah is urging Liberians to uphold their cultural heritage.

President Weah said:” Culture is an integral part of a society, yearning for unity and oneness of purpose for its over-all development.”

The Liberian Leader also lauded organizers of Liberia’s first-ever Cultural Carnival held on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex in Paynesville.

President Weah said the event was an innovative way of uniting Liberians, using culture to develop artistic talents.

An Executive Mansion release issued over the weekend quotes President Weah as praising La Queen Entertainment and its Chief Executive Officer, Wokie Dolo and Ambassador Kerkurah Kamara, Head of Malawala Balawala for their innovation and pledged his continuous support intended to promote the Country’s culture and artists.
