Gov. to build 200 housing units in Bong and Nimba Counties

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Additional two-hundred housing units are expected to be constructed in Bong and Nimba Counties, under the Government of Liberia Pro-Poor Housing Project.

One-hundred of the housing units will be constructed in Bong County, while another hundred will be built in Nimba County.

Making the disclosure at the Ministry of Information, Culture Affairs and Tourism (MICAT) regular press briefing Thursday, November 19, 2020, Information Minister Ledgerhood Rennie said:” President George Weah will travel to the two counties in early December to break grounds for the project.”

Minister Rennie said President will also break grounds on December 2, for the construction of the thirty-five kilometer linking Ganta to Saclepea in Nimba County.

According to the Information Minister, the Liberian Leader will wrap-up his visit to Nimba County with the dedication of a modern market structure in the County.
